SEZ Services Approval

  • Supporting clients for Finding the land or build up area in SEZ/dta.
  • Supporting clients for approaching the developer for negotiate the rents in SEZ etc..
  • preparing documentation for new unit to submit the development commissioner for approval as per the SEZ rule 2006.
  • Preparing the power point presentation as per the clients business proposal.
  • Ensuring the NEW UNIT/PLANT application include the upcoming meeting in the agenda . INCASE OF SEZ FORMAT BUSINESS.
  • Follows up to the LOA from Concern authorities to obtain the LOA to start the proposed proposal. , INCASE OF SEZ FORMAT.
  • Preparing the Bond cum legal undertaking as per the clients requirement to start the procurement under duties and tax free.
  • Supporting the clients till commencement of the proposed business in SEZ/dta, INCASE OF SEZ FORMAT BUSINESS.
  • Supporting clients to get the exEmptions certificate from ministry of commerce through development commissioner.


Scope of SEZ Services



  • Supporting clients for further extension of the business and expansion in the area.
  • Supporting clients for merging of the company/changing business pattern/name change OF approval/shareholding change pattern/changes in directors/changE in investment (FDI)and employments.
  • Preparing the document to submit Development commissioner for recommendation to MOC for above said merging of company /changing in the business and Etc.
  • Following to MOC for above said approvals and attaining the BOA.
  • Ensuring to clients to obtain the approvals on the basis of SEZ rules and Act.
  • Ensuring to published the approval in gazette of India.
  • Supporting clients ,incase clients want to exit from the scheme.
  • Supporting clients for De-Notification and from MOC and Business conversion in DTA as per state government Norms .
  • To obtain the in -principle approval from Development Commissioner -MEPZ -SEZ,
  • payment of applicable duties/taxes
  • obtaining no due certificate (NdC) from Customs authorities .
  • obtaining No objection certificate (noc) developer.
  • obtain final exit from the DC-MEPZ.
  • Approval from Ministry of commerce
  • approval for construction of separate road
  • obtaining final De-notification order from Government of India Gazette Notification
